DFC - NEW LOOK, NEW BLOG

Drum for Change gets a new blog to go with the new website. Woohoo!

So with Drum For Change being a new entity with a new look, in a new partnership with Conduit Center for Creative Change, it seems only fitting that it get a snazzy new way of disseminating the latest information, too.  Welcome to the DFC Blog where I’ll share random thoughts, good intentions, drumming profundities, tips and tricks, and some treasures from my past ramblings as well.

In celebration, please join me in waiving your hands in the air.  No, I’m being serious.  Really.  Start with your arms extended and relaxed.  Bend over and scoop from the knees.  As you straighten, raise your extended arms above your head while yelling, yes yelling, “Wheeeeeeeee!!!!!”.  Raise the pitch as you raise your arms, as though you’re on a roller coaster cresting a hill.  Do this with friends.  It’s a great stress buster.  Repeat as necessary to lighten your day.  It works for Annelies and I.  It may work wonders for you, too.
