Great TIME AT FAMILY FUN FRIDAY

Roughly twenty-five people turned out for Family Fun Friday at the Body Center where a hopping good time was had by all!

We had such a great time at Family Fun Friday. Annelies kicked it off with art activities on the lawn outside Nina Be’s beautiful Body Center in east Raleigh. Huge thanks to Paige Gentry for all her support! Many friends both old and new turned out with their young ones to share in the festivities. I marched everyone inside to the beat of a drum then led a fun get-to-know-you game we learned at Interplay. We did a drumming story and played with boomwhackers. Annelies led a dance & movement activity that filled the entire room Nina led everyone in animal yoga that was huge fun. We closed out with a beautiful song sung in a round. Everyone left feeling happy and expanded and our lives together on this fine evening were very, very good. :^)
