Hey There Beautiful Music Makers!

I hope all is attuned in your worlds! I've decided to try developing my personal healing drum practice and have started expanding my interest and knowledge surrounding vibrational healing. Annelies and I attended the HealthRHYTHMS training program in Princeton last month and I got very excited about this approach to using drumming as a means for wellness in a more mainstream methodology. A couple of weeks ago we went to the SurThrival symposium and experienced "the 
magic carpet ride" with vibrational healer Alexander Tuttle using singing bowls and didgeridoo - really neat experience that had grown men weeping tears of release. The universe just brought a Shruti box into our world through an amazing route that provided Annelies with a beautiful tool for singing and toning.

These experiences affirm for me that this is important work and part of what I want to root in my own life practice. I'd like to invite you to join me. I'm going to host a weekly attunement - a healing drum session/class/workshop/experience/support group/seminar - whatever you may want to call it. In nice weather, I think it's important to do this outside and to get back in touch with the planet. I don't yet have a winter location, but am open to suggestions and opportunities if you have any ideas.

So, if you'd like to join me, I would love to have you explore this modality with me on Thursday evenings, 6:30-8pm. I'm starting tonight, in fact, but this will be an ongoing time of possibilities to shake loose the things that get stuck in our lives and to energize those places that need our attention and focus. A $20 donation is suggested, but any amount is appreciated including barter of services, food for sharing, hugs, and well-wishes. I don't want anyone to be excluded who wants and needs to bring this personal empowerment into their lives. Please call me to let me know you're coming on any given week. Loaner drums are available with advance notice. No experience is necessary.
