Saturday April 3rd at Dancing Moon I'll be teaching the next installment of drumming empowerment and I just have to say that it's going to be FABULOUS!  We're talking chocked full of yummy and covered with awesome sauce.  It's going to b a blissed-out, feel good experience that you won't want to miss - an hour of connecting with your self, with your circle, and with the planet.  

This time we'll focus on hoop drums - frame drums played with a mallet Native-American style.   But there's a twist (and shout and shimmy and shake)!  We'll be tying in some breath work and lots of toning and chanting to go along with the drumming.  AND we'll cross borders and get multi-cultural with it all!  PLUS anything you learn in this session you can apply on ANY drum that you want to play.

Frame drums are available for loan or bring your own.
