Join DRUM FOR CHANGE at Raleigh's Planet Earth Celebration!
Last year DFC and the Conduit Center for Creative Change partnered with Nina Be's Body Centering Yoga to share a space at the Planet Earth Celebration in downtown Raleigh. This year we're back! WooHoo!
Join us on Saturday, April 17th from 11am-5pm. I'll be hosting short, family-friendly drum circles every hour on the :45's and Nina will be alternating with hourly yoga sessions. Bring your own drum or borrow one of mine. There will be lots of merry-making for celebration, education, and motivation. BUNCHES of vendors will be on site sharing their information and wares. LOTS of bands will be taking to the big stage to rock the planet!
The event is sponsored by Burt's Bees and the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. It will be held in front of the museum and on the grounds of the historic state capitol building under huge beautiful trees on lush green grasses. I hope to see (and hear) you there!
