The goal is to help you have the conversations that will move things forward.  This is important work.  Even so, serious work doesn't need to be joyless.  D4C helps you skillfully and gracefully provoke, perturb, and challenge each other in hands-on, immersive, and playful ways.

Drum for Change promotes the idea that we're all in this together.  As individuals, communities and corporations, we are interconnected wholes rather than independent parts.  With this larger world view, we can dispel the problems arising from fragmentation, from seeing ourselves as separate from one another.  D4C wants you to know that kind of connectedness as experiential, not just the deep thinking of philosophers and gurus.  

There's so much more to life than the status quo, and fixing problems only leads us back to where we were.  It's more useful to explore possibilities for how we can co-create the world in which we want to work and live.  So forget mediocre solutions and instead activate ways of being that uplift and empower people.
